Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.

How long will I have to wait for my delivery?
Items that are in stock will be dispatched the next working day after the order has been placed. At times of high demand we aim to dispatch orders between 3-5 working days. If an item ordered is out of stock you will be contacted by either email or telephone and advised when you delivery will be dispatched.
We offer a full refund or exchange on all online standard purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 14 working days.
Within 14 days of delivery you may return any non – sale items purchased from Equipolo subject to the conditions below:
- Any item(s) that has NOT been worn or used
- Any item(s) that has NOT had the tags removed
- Any item(s) that has NOT been washed
(Postage will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Goods that are custom made or bespoke special order eg. polo boots or Charles Owen or Armis helmets are non refundable.
SALE items are non refundable but exchanges within 7 days are allowed on all goods that meet all the other conditions stated above.
We do not offer refunds on purchases after 30 days from the date of purchase unless goods are faulty and we are advised of the fault within the 30 day time frame.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. For international returns, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, However, please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, processing may take longer. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Exchanges: If you would like to return an item for a different style or size - please note that their will be a charge for return postage as this is the only way we can maintain our competitive pricing.
Returns: When sending a return please obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in returned post. Goods must be returned in saleable condition and marked clearly as a return To:

We recommend that returned items are sent by recorded delivery. These can therefore be tracked online. Please note we do not accept hand delivery. Any Charles Owen helmet returns or exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking and re testing charge.
International returns that are not labelled correctly and therefore incur customs charges are subject to a 25% handling charge in addition to the repayment of all custom charges. Please ensure you mark the parcel clearly as a RETURN. Please ensure you do not send us items that do not meet these conditions listed above as we cannot return non-qualifying items to you.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT, and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods at any time. Prices charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. International customers will also be liable for any customs or import duty charges that may be applied. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation, and no order will be processed before this has taken place. Customers will be notified immediately if payments are not authorised. Please note that we require a valid telephone number and e-mail address when orders are being placed. Failure to provide these may result in the order being cancelled. Once orders have been placed they cannot be modified in any way. Any cancellations required must be confirmed by telephone and in writing immediately after the order has been placed.
We make every effort to ensure that our products are displayed accurately on our website. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending upon the quality of your computer monitor. All sizes indicated on our site are UK sizes, and are approximate. Please contact us if you have any sizing queries. We make every effort to ensure that all product information is accurate and up to date, but reserve the right to refuse an order where product information, including prices, has been entered incorrectly. All goods on our website are subject to availability. If an item ordered has sold out, you will be immediately notified and refunded in full.
